Acceptable Use Policy

What You May Do You may use CPN skills, agents, and AI-generated outputs to: - support your own internal business operations and workflows - produce work product and deliverables for your own clients - research, analyze, draft, summarize, and organize information for your own purposes

What You May Not Do You may not use CPN products, platform, or outputs, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:

License and Distribution Violations Resell, redistribute, or transfer any CPN skill, agent, or output to any third party as a standalone product White-label, rebrand, or present any CPN product as your own proprietary tool Sub-license or grant access to any CPN skill or agent to clients, partners, affiliates, or any other third party Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any license control, access restriction, watermark, or authentication mechanism

High-Risk AI Output Uses Use AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare advice to any person Use AI-generated outputs as legal advice delivered to third parties Use AI-generated outputs as regulated financial, investment, or tax advice to third parties Use AI-generated outputs, without appropriate human review and compliance with applicable law, to make or inform employment, credit, insurance, or other decisions about individuals Deploy AI-generated outputs in autonomous systems where failure could cause physical, financial, or legal harm without appropriate human oversight

Reverse Engineering and Competitive Use Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, logic, model configurations, system instructions, or technical architecture of any CPN skill or agent Train, fine-tune, develop, benchmark, or evaluate any AI model using CPN content, outputs, skill prompts, or platform data without express prior written consent from CPN

Platform Misuse Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party Generate, distribute, or amplify disinformation, synthetic media, or content intended to deceive at scale Conduct unauthorized surveillance, profiling, or tracking of individuals without their knowledge and consent

Illegal Use Use CPN products for any purpose prohibited by applicable local, state, federal, or international law, including export control, data protection, privacy, consumer protection, and anti-discrimination laws

Consequences of Violations Violations of this Policy may result in: - Immediate suspension of your account and access to all CPN products, without notice - Termination of all license rights, including any perpetual use rights previously granted - No refund of any fees paid - Legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages CPN reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations that cause harm to CPN, its products, its intellectual property, or third parties.

Reporting Violations If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please contact us at support@clearpointnexus.com.

Updates CPN may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes (those affecting what is permitted or prohibited) will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (clarifications or formatting) will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of CPN products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
